424 with Phone Express. If we dial VM (500) or get to it with CFNA or similar, all of a sudden we can't. We can call from the outside right into VM and all is fine, but going from the Strata to VM only gets the main announcement, and we can't pass or break into vm.
While the announcement is going on we should be able to press # and the mailbox to get there, but nothing happens, no keypress beeps. A transfer from CFNA or such gets the main message and not the mailbox intended. THe port is 88 and matches the stuff. 8 and vm number is what is used to get there, but it is not working. This happend about 2 hours ago.
Addendum: Now 9:55pm, The keypads DO beep when this is not working. It acts like the call processors only have a TO msg on it and no actions for the keys, but it does. Maybe the passed keys are not loud enough? I will look to see if there is something on what kind of tone is passed. Can anyone help?

sounds like the rrcs reciever card on the processor may have gone bad....maybe?
also make sure the card programmed in slot 00 and/or 01 in program 03 is set right (92 93 94)depends on which receiver you've got
but if it has been working and now it doesn't i'd bet on the receiver card

Got it working. I was only looking at my phone to see why nothing was going to vm and never looked at vm's ports under program 31 for it. Somehow, all ports got changed to the same thing, and leds 14,15,16 and 17 were turned off on the vm ports. Turning them on for ports 88 through 95 fixed it just as the service person was ready to leave his place!
