We have a DK280 system with a Contact DK voicemail system. When someone calls from outside, only 2 phones in the office ring. I want to turn on the ringer to all the other 'silent" phones. I've read the forum and it seems like I need something called "program 81". How do I get into this mode?
I've gotten into the administer area on the handset by hitting 251 etc. I can change the voice messages and assign extentions but can't find the area to turn on the ringers. The two phones I would expecially like to turn on are 212 and 214 but from what I read I need to know the ports to turn on. Any help would be appreciated.
