I've added a new user to our voice mail system, but when we try to access it, we get "that was an invalid entry" upon entering the extension, same thing happens when I try to transfer someone to the voice mail. He's in the directory, the system isn't locked.....help!

Did you add it using the admin program in a PC or with the admin mailbox?

Go back to the admin mailbox and readd the mailbox. Or access with the admin program and see if the mailbox is there.

sorry, I don't get it. should I be physically looking at something? or checking the admin voice mail? if it's the latter, there are no messages.
