We didn't need all of our outside lines - so dropped one of them with the phone company.
We had 6, now have 5. Incoming rollovers/hunting happen just fine - from line 1 to line 5. But now - when we want to get an outside line - when we hit 9 - it goes to the dead line 6.
How can we get it to ignore 6 and start looking at line 5 for an outside line when we dial 9?
