We are getting the "Auto Attendant Transfer" message on many phones, and I can't find where to kill this. I thought it was the VM doing this but I have all help turned off on that.
I also have questions on program 10-3.. I don't understand the itens for Led 15 to 18. All are off on our system.

What type of system and voice mail? When are you getting the message? Need more info to help.

When a call is transferred by the attendant to someone. But not all phones. Under F4 on Phone Express all vm addresses have all help prompts turned off.
