Dk424 and a stratagy DK. The VM answers an incoming CO with initial greeting and you should be able to enter a DN and go to that extension or VM box. What happens is you end up at the initial greeting,every time you enter a DN or zero, It was working OK then it just started to act up. You had to enter the DN go back to greeting enter the DN again to have it work. I have checked through the records and cannot find what is wrong. VM works OK from station to station.

Solved the problem. Program 3 rrcs installed but not peogrammed correctly.
