I have a client with a DK280. They have a sub tenant on their system. I set up a CO line for the tenant. When a tenant call comes and forwards on a no answer condition the follow along id works in voicemail. If a call forwards on a busy condition the follow along id does not work. Any resolution suggestions? thanks

How are the calls ringing in? Are the calls ringing to 1 phone and then follows the call forward on that phone? Or are the calls first answered by voicemail? What make is the voicemail?

Thanks
