I've just installed a DK40 with a Stratagy Flash and have everything working fine EXCEPT I can't get the MSG light to light. Been through the manuals and think I have everything set correctly. LED lights with #63 from stations and Flash is set to notify. Is there a way to test the Stratagy? Menus work fine so I know DTMF is getting through...

Check your notify templates in the Stratagy.

It's set to send #63 for on and #64 for off. I even tried to set an extention in Statagy to dial it to force it. No luck.

In Notify use template for 424 light on and light off. It adds a wait for tone command. You also need to check system programming 10-2 led 4.

If the DK 40 has *32 then that needs to be programmed with the first VM prot for all extensions. This might not have come out until the DK40i, but I thought I;d trhow in my two cents!
