Someone recently worked on our phones and now when you dial you no longer get a tone when you press the buttons

the tones are enabled in system progamming to on or off which i assume you want. call them back in to enable them or if you have a modem in your system they can call in remotely

FYI....Please complete your profile so we can better assist you.
Yes, you can do it yourself if you can get into programming mode. Program 10-2, turn off LED 11, and you will start hearing the DTMF tones when you dial (but why would you want to hear those annoying tones??).
If you have never programmed a Toshiba before, you may want to find a local certified technician.
