Can anyone assist me with information on how to default a Toshiba IVP8 voice-processing card back to out-of-box new? Had an inexperienced technician make a mess of things & need to start over....

Go to Tools, Plug-and-Play. Choose which system it is for. This will default all mailboxes and integration settings. However, keep in mind it does not delete greetings in 990 and 991.

I have an IVP8 I need to flatten since it was removed from service, before it is gotten rid of, if it is in a DK280, which of the 8 choices should I choose in toshiba plug and play?

DOH, on the main screen of the Stratagy once I logged in, it shows as setup for a CTX100...but no CTX100 in the list....hmmmm

in the list offered, it shows CIX100, but when selected, it displays CTX100
