I had an extension go dead. For no apparent reason, the extension on physical port 018 is completely dead. No LEDs, or anything on phone. I can move wires to physical port 006 and re-program logical port and the user's VM and everything work fine. I've powered down the entire unit, to no avail. Is there some way to "enable" phy port 018 via programming? Thanks in advance.

I haven't got any spare parts/cards. Do you mean swapping with a known good? Or do you mean swapping boards internally?

Ah-ha! Since its after 5:00 and people aren't so intense (they're gone) I was able to power down and explore a little bit more. Turns out one of my guys had relocated our 3Com superstack switch in the TR and the cable on the expansion board was half-cocked. Thanks for all the help.
