Just inherited the responsibility of administering the phone system. My boss is big on using the voice mail system to deliver messages to the field personnel. I am having trouble programming their user id's for additional templates to either page or call their respective numbers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

could you give me a bit more info, there is a template for pager notification on all the strata voicemails. if you can get ahold of a manual the Token strings can be used to make cell phone notification.
