I need the best dial string for cell phone notification. I would like the dial string that links you all the way till it ask you for your security code. I have a dial string but it only tells you how many messages then brings you to 990 where you have to enter in *extension#securitycode#. I had the dial string at one time but lost it. Thank you.

token string The token string I use is as follows: 9,W(4,T)%V,,W(3,V),P(U)P(M)F-xx,*yy# xx = VM Center Number yy = mailbox number Put the cell phone number (without dashes) in the variable, create the template for Voice Home and put the above string in the token box. Messages will notify to the cell phone, you will see the phone number of the customer in the display. When they answer the call, there will be a delay and then I believe they will be asked to enter their security code. You can put the security code in the token string if you want and then the user would actually hear how many new/saved messages and be taken to the main menu. To add the security code: Remove the # sign and replace with a comma. After the comma put the security code in followed by the # sign. The notification is very quick!! Hope this helps!

Forgot to add.... When getting cell phone notification, are the users actually saying "hello" or something? The reason I ask is because the Stratagy is waiting for a response from the called cell phone before playing "User ID xxx, you have x new messages". Just answering the phone and not saying anything would make the Stratagy believe that no one has answered yet and therefore not playing the prompt

Welcome to the board. Do you Duck Hunt?
Had this same quetion come up locally remember to set the delay to 1 min as not to cause conflict with lighting MSG light on phone and make sure templet is set for pickup. Also to speed the process I removed the P(U) heck the user should no its for them and increase the 3 in W(3,V) to 5 or 7 as sometimes the cell phones dont ring right away.

I asked about the Duck Hunt thing because I hunted there with Atwood Corbello guide service about 4 years ago.
