Hi everyone, mad Welshman here. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the Oaisys CRM integration software, Netphone. We installed the software and Netserver on a CTX 100 with ISDN 30 about a year ago and have had only small areas of problems with it, mainly on the initial install but nothing that a little hunting couldnt sort out.
The query I have regarding the Netphone relates to Speed Dial representation on the pop up screen. What I mean is, when a call comes in and is from a person within the Speed Dial list the CTX also displays the stored name along with the number. I'd like to know if it possible for the Netphone software to display this info aswell. It does show the CLI but doesnt carry the stored name along with it.
Any help greatly appreciated
