Ok something has happened to our system. It seems as if someone has both reset and delted some extensions from the system. I have no idea of the who or how, but I cant seem to get anyone at my normal service company to call me back. I have looked at all of my manuals and ever tried resetting my voicemail boxes via the sysadmin "XXX" user. It tells me it is reset but the default password that we have written down in the book does not work. Is the a factory defalt that it may have revereted to? Based on what I have read it would seem to me that it is possible that someone may have "hacked" our system? Please help! Neither the owner nor I can get into our VM's and now our extension dont ring- they just beep once at us.

There is no telling what your default password is because the password defaults back to the user id plus the default boxes password. Depending on what your defaults password is depending on what the password will be reset to. Our office is in Lake Charles, La. and Bridge City, Tx. and we cover the Houston area, email me if you are interested.
