I need to update 1 of my customers CTX100 systems. They are running probably 2 year old software, how do i get the software upgrade. Also if some one can email me the default password and maybe the override password.

All of the updates are on the Toshiba FYI site. If you are a certified tech, just download from there. The latest is R2.22 MH228 Dan ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net

The default passwords are in the programming manual. We can't give it out here.

Why are you never helpful in your links. Other moderators and other BB's share manuals, software, and passwords amongst techs. You just point everyone to the fee for service section. What comes around goes around you know! Most of the users of these boards are other techs, not end users.
