My company has just purchased a Stratagy Voicemail system for a dk280 the only problem is it was a supposed to be a refurbished unit and was it has another companys greeting, mailboxes, etc. I would like to just wipe the slate clean on it and start fresh how can i do that. I have read a lot about software that can do this but can find it anywhere. Can someone please help.

you usually can get a refurbisher to give you some tech support. however you are talking about a full installation. you have some significant programming to do on the phone system(assuming you didnt have a stratagy before) and probabley on the voice mail. you need to verify processor level (bb or above). it goes on and on. there are people willing to help but time is money.

Where can i get the software to program this system and possibly a manual? I already have it programmed the only problem is it answer with another Company's Recording.
