What is WINCTX and how do i get it? I have the WINADMIN software. From what i see the WINCTX sofware lets you setup programs without being plug into the CTX. Is this correct?

You are correct you can program a complete system off line by using WINCTX. You can get it off of FYI if you are a dealer. It works well however YOU MUST MAKE SURE the version of WINCTX is compatable with the version of software you are using in the CTX
