We have a DK16 in our office with auto attendant installed in the box, however not sure what to do to get it working. The model number on the auto attendant is KFCU1A.

There are several programs that effect auto attendant. They are programs 9, 10-3, 23, 24, 25, 26, 78, and 81-89.
