Hoping a Toshiba wizard can help me out...
I have two older Strata's that have been moved. I need to change the CO lines that ring on phones. I have a manual for the VI, but not the 's'.
The manual indicates to use program 8XX, and a 'shortcut' of 801 for the first group of phones.
I changed other program settings using this manual, but I can't get program 800 to work on the VIe. Pressing the CO line keys does not turn on the lights by the CO lines.
The phones have access to the lines in program 3XX, and can make and get calls without any problem. With all this working right, only station 10 rings.
For the Strata s, I'm shooting blind, since I don't have an installation manual for this system.
I am using the set button and station 17 for the VIe, and station 13 on the 's' as the program phone.
These are model HKSU605 for the 's' and HKSU705 for the VIe.
Also, what is the card model for the third line on the 's'? I need to add a third line to this KSU as well.
Thanks in advance,

I'm some what certain that the ringing will be 81XX Led 01-06 per station. The CO add is escaping me, HIOB is the S/L for VM. It just has been way too long on that old KSU, didn't know they were still active and working. I hope someone else can help you out. GOOD LUCK!

My bad, it is an SE, not an "S".
I had tried 8xx (where xx is the extension number), but not 81xx. I'll try that in the morning.
My fax (toll free) is 877-469-4329. Many thanks for the help!
Now, if I can find an SCOU... I'm done!

Yep, had the same thing two weeks ago, it is 81xx on the older VIe. You can program up to eight ports to ring. Remember, only the lowest eight ports will ring. If you add a ring , it can stop a higher number port from ringing. (ringing on 10-thru 16 and 23. Add 17 to ring and 23 will stop.) Good luck.

Stopped by the customer site this morning, and the 81-xx code got 'r done. Everybody's happy.
Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
Now, to try and find an SCOU-(5), maybe one of our local dealers has one laying around....
