Hi All, wonder if anyone can help with my problem?
When accessing a CTX 670 through CTX Winadmin, under operation, when i click on Smart Media, winadmin hangs. When connected to a CTX 100 through CTX Winadmin, i click on Smart Media, this time i get the Smart Media screen, but can't see any folders on the Smart Media card. I have been on site and the Smart Media card is inserted to the system correctly. On both systems when I ask it to backup to Smart Media, it appears to backup OK.
this seems like a problem with my machine rather than the phone systems. I have a fresh install of Windows XP SP2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have suffered similar problems when I have been accessing SmartMedia on CTX 100's. As soon as I disabled my laptop firewall winadmin would fly through it.

Thanks Guys, I can now get onto my local CTX670 smart media page, however this hasn't solved the problem of remote sites. When looking at a ctx remotely i can see the smart media page, but no folders on the smart media card. I have formatted the card etc to no avail. Any suggestions?

I was gonna post a topic on this, but did a search first and found this.
Aside from disabling the firewall, is there a way to getaround this? I.E. is there a port or program that I can enable that would allow appropriate access?
