I have a two part question regarding cell phone notification. First part is that I am looking for the best dial string for cell phone notification with the capability of getting back into the main system prior to disconnecting. Secondly our current dial string does not allow me to get back into the system. the string I us is as follows: ,801,%v,,,,,,,,,P(U)P(M)-. I am new to some of this program and not really sure how this breaks down. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to only notify a cell phone when the message is marked Urgent.

Thank You in advance for your cooperation

Assume 850 is the vm pilot number.
The user's mailbox is 211.
The user's password is 1234.
In the Notify template:
850,,*211#1234#F,9,cell_number_here,,W(6,V)1H
The W(6,V) means that Stratagy waits 6 seconds for someone to answer. You can change the 6 to suit your needs.
Make sure that led 9 in program 31 is off for all vm ports.

token string The token string I use is as follows: 9,W(4,T)%V,,W(3,V),P(U)P(M)F-xx,*yy# xx = VM Center Number yy = mailbox number Put the cell phone number (without dashes) in the variable, create the template for Voice Home and put the above string in the token box. Messages will notify to the cell phone, you will see the phone number of the customer in the display. When they answer the call, there will be a delay and then I believe they will be asked to enter their security code. You can put the security code in the token string if you want and then the user would actually hear how many new/saved messages and be taken to the main menu. To add the security code: Remove the # sign and replace with a comma. After the comma put the security code in followed by the # sign. The notification is very quick!! Hope this helps!
Forgot to add.... When getting cell phone notification, are the users actually saying "hello" or something? The reason I ask is because the Stratagy is waiting for a response from the called cell phone before playing "User ID xxx, you have x new messages". Just answering the phone and not saying anything would make the Stratagy believe that no one has answered yet and therefore not playing the prompt
