How do I program "0" to transfer to ext 200. (The receptionist extension) Currently, when someone press "0" the system attempts to transfer to that ext, but then the main greeting repeats itself. This is in day mode. In night mode it goes directly to the general delivery mailbox.

The system is a DK40i with a Strategy VM Card.

Thanks

There are a couple ways to do it. Is "0" a PhDN on ext. 200? If yes, then make sure it has been ID'd to VM. (Int#656 and 657)

You could put "200H" in the extension field of MB "0". Make sure ext is CF to VM. The call will ring 200 then go to 200 MB.

What happens when you dial "0" form a phone? Does it ring on 200, do you get reorder tone?

Plese complete your profile.
