I have the DATT102 Console. It appears that the "transmit" operator audio level is very weak to the caller. They are using a Plantronics headset. Can someone tell me for sure that I need to get the pre-amp for this thing? Looks to to me that this console requires a carbon mic. But I cant seem to find concrete info about this! Anyone help me out??? Thanks in advance, Ken.

You are correct the DATT 102 takes a carbon mic and the Plantronics base needs to be set for carbon handset
