I don't see a manual listed for the Contact DK voicemail. I am hoping it is included in one of the Stratagy manuals, but I'm looking for help on which one, so I don't have to download them all to look for it. Help?

Its not in the Stratagy Manual. The Contact DK is a different animal. Very Similar to the Stratagy DK Card, but it has to be programmed thru the phone, not a PC. Its not real friendly! Good Luck. ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net

My guess is that I will need a manual, because my customer (who inherited the system) has two businesses that want separate automated attendants. It would help to get started, though, if I just knew how to default the system to get rid of anything the previous owner had set up.
