I think this is a 424 + Strata 1? system. I am a nortel tech moving over to Toshiba systems so please bare with my ignorance ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) We have 2 digital lines that VM turns on the message waiting lights properly, but after 5 seconds the lights turn off. The first thing I would check is the notification tables in those mailboxes. Make sure they are set up properly. ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net

You would need to do that in the voicemail programming, just compare the notification entries for an extension that works properly with one of the affected stations.

</font> Are the notification tables accessable in the standard admin area or in a maintenance admin area? We can only access an ALT S admin area. Which allows us to edit an individual extensions VM settings. However when we try and access the main system on the system it asks for a password no one has. Can someone e-mail me what a default password for this system might be? I should mention this is an 11 year old Strata VM system if that helps.
