If someone is on the line, and I call their extention from MY extention (internally), it just rings forever, the voicemail does not pick up. But if I call from OUTSIDE, I get the voicemail.
Can anyone help with this? Or does someone know anyone I can call for advice? I'm in Northern Calif., and running a Strata DK-16
Thanks - sorry for the dup. post - I left out some info on the other one

The phone will have to be forwarded to the voice mail extention number, most likely ext 18. You will probably need to know which voice mail system you have installed in order to enter all the correct codes. A little time on the phone with a moderator would probably be your best bet. JBW

I do know the system fairly well, though I dont know the codes that I need. I believe our voicemail extention is 250
Any idea how I would get it to forward?

go to the phone you want to forward. push intercom 603 , voicemail ext number, speed dial, redial, spkr
try this and post back, there are other options.
