I want to know how to kick someone out of a conference call I've started.
According to the instructions:
To delete the last member added to a conference: While a call is in progress, press the Cancel button.
What cancel button? I've looked in the digital display when on a conf call and haven't seen anything, and of course there's no cancel button on the phone....

So can't you program a cancel button on the phone? If you have DKT3000 series display phones and CTX software version 2.22 you can perform a split and drop from the soft keys.

Sorry phonemeiseter, that went a little fast for me....what? I do have dkt3000 phones (mostly 2000, but I could use a 3000). I've never programmed one of the buttons up on the digital display - is that what you meant to program?
If you meant program one of the 10-button keys - how? I don't know where a cancel button exists (I usually program the flex buttons with winadmin)
