Have a customer who has a DK 424 with an Amanda voice mail. Two phones do not fwd to voice mail, what is the programming sequence to make this happen. Also does anyone have admin software and the admin cable available for purchase that is for the DK 424. Our existing supplier has dropped the ball on us and we would like to pursue an alternate route. Thanks for your help.

you have 3 sets of forwarding info for each extension
all with the phone on hook

1- either #603 which is call forward -no answer or #604 which is call forward busy / no answer
press icm #603 + xxx + yyy v/m ext # +speed dial key + forwarding time 08-60 seconds + redial + speaker

xxx is extension you want to forward

2- #656 +91yyy v/m ext number + redial +speaker

3-#657 + 92yyy v/m ext # + redial +speaker

yyy v/m ext #

for admin not only do you need the software you need the dongle for your laptop
the are pricy and most peaple wont part with them . once in a while they show up on ebay
you will also need a piou or pious and modem card and some common cables

depending on your sets make sure they have a speed dial key and redial older ekt sets need a button assigned for redial also /dkt
sets have redial button fixed
