On a CTX 100 system, When transferring calls or putting callers on hold if takes more than 15 seconds or so The customer is loosing the call. Is there any way this time could be extended?
Any help greatly appreciated.

What is happening? the call is taking 15 secs before holding? email me barry at mcfarlane23 dot wanadoo dot co dot uk I don't think anyone over the pond will be up for a couple of hours yet
