still having the same problem. The software on the CTX 100 is AR2.10 MG019.00. I believe that release will allow forwarding to an external number because I already have 7 phantoms forwarding to cell phones and they work fine. I have tried one touch buttons,call forward buttons, and manual programing of #6011 from the station that has ownership of the lines (200). I then tried to forward 200 to one of my phantoms the forwards to a cell{307) and that didn't work. When I call into the customer, I see the CO line button light up and I hear ringing on my phone that I am calling in on but the CO line used for outdialing(the last line in HG 1) does not light. Its like the access code(9) isn't grabing a line. after 4 rings the AA picks up.

do you have trunk to trunk transfer enabled?

yes i have tandem co line in COS enabled. Is this the only place in which I need to enable this feature?

If your AA picks-up the call, most likely you're using Multiple Call Group for ringing assignment.

#6011 doesn't work for multiple call group.

You'll have to use Remote Call Forward, #6012 - MCG Pilot Number - Destination No. - #
