Our system administrator walked out on us after 20 years and now we need to do some modifying on our DK40/STRATA DK phone system. The problem is we don't know what the passcode is to access the admin mailbox etc. Is there some way to completly reset the admin passcode ?? Thanks for your help

You won't see password information posted on the open forum. The best thing for you to do is contact a moderator and get help off line. It may cost a few bucks, but its worth it.
