Simple question, how do you program certain phones to ring? I see the ILG and the OLG just not sure of the proper steps.

Depends on whether your trunks ring on trunk buttons or on DNs like PhDNs. If you want to make a phone ring just like another phone, look at the button assignments on the phone that is already ringing and copy them. Don't fiddle with the ILG for this issue.
