Currently calls coming into the 424 are disconnecting very slowly.
We can see incoming calls on a CO line, ring a station then release the station DN it was ringing but sit on the CO line busy for several seconds before it finally releases.
Anyone?
I have looked through program 15 and several others and I "think" things are set up per our incoming carriers specs. Is there somewhere to simply lower the disconnect timeout setting????

They have Loop Start trunks, and yes we have an external voicemail (Aleen) off of 4 analog lines.
The release issue is with any calls. Like if a call comes in and is picked up by someone at the front desk, and is then transferred to to a room extension. The caller hangs up say after a few rings with no answer. The front desk can see that the room phone is no longer in use yet the CO that the call came from will stay busy for up to a minute or 2 more before its released (no room phones are not set up with any forwarding to VM).
Look forward to your thoughts.
