If the numbers are coming in on a T-1 or PRI, you can assign a name to the DNIS digits received by the switch.
If the 800 numbers are pointed to two different copper trunks, you can assign a name to each trunk. If they are pointed to the same trunk, you have a problem.
Either way, you don't need caller ID to do this, because it sounds like you are only concerned which line is ringing, not who is calling.
