Hello all,

I've got a station that shows "SENT 241F". 241 is a non-existant extension. Not sure what the F refers to. How do I clear this?

BTW, the msg light is not blinking.

Any suggestions?

When I do an ICM #64327 from 327 it displays "327 BUSY".

Try
INT #64 241 or INT 241 77
BTW F means Fax

I've asked you guys about this before. Mine says "Sent 57V". I use prog 04 to set an ext to 57 (It's not currently in use) and I've tried all of the message clear keys. I've tried Int #6457, I've tried Int5777, I've tried Int 5799. It is a strata Dk 16e system. If I send a message to 57 again my display changes to "Sent 57 57V". I then clear it from ext 57 and my display goes back to "Sent 57V". If I press the "Page" key on the SD2020 phone it will display the extension (No. 33) until I pickup and reseat the handset. After I press Int5799 my display says "FAX MAIL CANCEL", do I need to press something else to confirm? Thanks, Guys.
