I'm trying to add a new extension to the ACD group. I think I have done all that is necessary but I'm still having some problems.

When the user hits the Log In/Log Out button nothing happens. "Enter Your Agent ID Code" doesn't appear on the LCD screen.

I have programmed the buttons on the phone.
I have added the extension on the Oaisys machine.
I've configured the Phantom extensions (I think I did it correctly).

I found the following in our documentation that makes me think I missing something.

"PHDN for ACD Calls 621-624 are programmed to Appear and ring at Ext-221-224 & PHDN 671-673 are programmed to appear and ring at Ext-271-273."

Do I need to program the PHDN on the Oaisys machine?

Run the TKI program on the Oaisys and synchronize the stations with the Oaisys so that the buttons on the phones will be recognized by the Oaisys.

I opened the program but it looks pretty basic.

I didn't see anything about doing a synchronize.....
