Anybody have a manual (pdf?) for Ultimate Call accounting ?
I have ultimate call accounting to run reports but i have no manual, seems straight fwd but very limited to what it can do.
Trying to run automated reports, actually two times a day. I see the REPORTS -> AUTOMATED REPORTS option, and if you EDIT a report you can tell it DAILY etc..
but where do i tell it WHERE to store the report, or what time daily etc..
