I'm looking for suggestions on what settings to use for the Voice Packet Configuration for VoIP phones. Here are my current settings. ftp://ftp.cgtech.com/pub/VoicePacket.jpg All of our VoIP users are on basic DSL and cable connections. Whenever they are sending an e-mail or uploading a file, their voice quality gets choppy. Thanks
