Ok, did all that and pushed in the little white things and yes the ribbon cables are there. I moved the battery to off and moved it back to on after about 5 minutes. It still makes the clicking sound and no display on phone. Thanks

What about the small jumper on the power supply with the loop wire in dksub /dksue is that there
Is there a heart beat on the processor ?

Yes that wire is there(tried it without it and the power supply wont even light up. There is a light on the card in the RCTU slot if thats the heartbeat your talking about. Thanks again

There's the RCTUBA and RCTUBB that are connected together via a ribbon cable. Is that what you have?

meister, In his 9/02 post he said he had that set of processors . do you have any other ideas other then a bad processor /cabinet /power supply

My test unit is a 2 per second flash rate
so i guess weare looking @ a processor or cabinet or both

Yes but those old processors are cheap ' and may not be worth repairing
