Will this work? I think both need SQL (well MSDE).

Why would you need both on the same computer?

I have a few offices I need to monitor from a single desk/location. Ideally it would be nice to have all the software I need on one computer.
Yes I have vpn connections to each network that has a Toshiba system.

Both will work on same machine but you do not need both. EManager is a replacement for WinAdmin and is backwords compatible. WinAdmin does not need SQL. Both need IIS and win 2000 or XP Pro.
