I have a Toshiba dk8 or something to install this friday. It is 4 lines and 8 phones i believe. No vm.
I am an avaya guy would like to know who would help me over the phone, figure 2 hrs or so? how much? or ref. me to someone please.

Contact one of the moderators. The DK 8 is a pretty basic little system.
SSphone, Kenb, Martin, Voyager, Phonemeister... any one of them should be able to help you out as long as they have the free time.
