Hi, I am having trouble programming a single dkt unit for call forwarding. I am following the manual as well as checking the examples/lists in eManager... I want this unit set up to forward all external calls to another extention and allow all internal calls to ring and then forward to VM if busy or no answer... I after entering what I thought was the right programming, the lcd says
CF-A 2210-2212 (forward external to another ext) CFBN 2210-3500 (forward internal to VM after ring)
But when I dial the extention from a third source to test it internally and externally, I get a busy signal and lcd reads "busy".
So now, two things... one how do I reverse this so calls will ring through and what might i be missing to get the correct programming?
thanks! Seth

Try all of the following #6051,#6052,#6053 to undo the forwarding.

Ok now that I am all back to normal, I'm looking for the right programming to do what I mentioned above.... all ext calls go to another ext and internal calls to voicemail BN. Thanks!
