We have a situation at my site, where calls placed on hold by an ACD agent are automatically recalling to that agent's phone, and in addition to alerting, are opening the line/reconnecting the caller and the agent.
This is seeming to happen after about 1 minute, and only on a batch of recently setup ACD agent's phones. :bang:
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Wild guesses from someone who never did ACD in her life.
Did you print out the station options (not in acd section) and see that they are identical to the initial stations?
Did you go through the ACD programs that allow you to set individual options (vrs. system programming)
Are they all in the same group as the other agents?
Only clues I could give you, sorry.
Do your have a CTX internal modem installed where someone on the board could call in and look at it?
That would be a great idea for someone more tuned to ACD than an old duffer like me.
