I have an ext that I am working on- All Call Fwd. seemingly doesn't want to be cancelled- I have entered code #6053 repeatedly, and still calls go directly to the forward-to number. (cell phone.)
for what it's worth, this cell used to be a "one number" service line thru Qwest, where it rang first to the user's desk, then to her cell, and if both were RNA, then it would ring back to her desk and go to vmail.
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Try #6051 and #6052. Does the phone display read Call Forward External?

It's just #6051 and hang up. Same with #6052. But you have to perform it from the DN that the call comes in on, most likely your PDN. Btw, press your Page softkey underneath the display to see if it changes to read call forward external.
