Does anyone have a copy of Admin SW for a Strategy DK? I have a client who needs to update box info (old employees, new employees etc.) and cannot access the unit via the handset programming anymore, old company locked them out. Except leaving the Admin pw for laptop access. :bang:

Sorry, I can't find my CDs here anywhere, I will ask a friend of mine if he will loan me one. I have it loaded in my old Dell, but I don't think I could email it from that and have everything there.
The CD comes with every new Stratagy, could the customer call some other dealer and ask to borrow the CD and return it. Most dealers don't give the original CD to the customer and would probably have lots of those frisbees around.

Looking for some help with Our Strata DK16 Phones we have reset the handsets after moving. We are haveing a problem receiving calls using the handset, currently we are only able to answer with the speaker/mic mode. When you pick up the hand set it hsould roll to the hand set, but this isn't happening. We have run a 90 and 30 program. Open to any suggestions.(Phones sets are 6-2010, and 1 2020)
goodbye

Have you plugged in one known good phone and then used that handset and cord on another phone at the same jack?
If the one phone works fine and others don't then for almost 99.99999999% certain KENB could solve this with parts.
The trick is to use one known good phone first that operates perfectly. Then use that handset and cord on the other phones one at a time at the same jack.
Why Toshiba used such predictibly faulty hookswitches is beyond me. They were bad in the old, old, old electronics, the old, old electronics, the old electronics, the first version digitals and the later generation digitals.
Kinda like the guy who steps in the same puddle every day and never walks around it.
