I've Installed a RPTU in cab.5 slot1. slot 2 is vacant. I've talked to a local tech. who says I have everything connected and programmed right.
The problem being my service provider can't see the D channel. I also don't get any light on thePRI card when connected or disconnected. The lights on the CSU light correctly when connected to the RPTU card. I have swapped cards and put card in known working slot but still can't get PRI to come up. Any ideas are welcome.

What system ? DK/CTX? If ctx, try to relocate the card to another slot (3?). Worked for me once.

I'm not meaning to fight with you but understand. In the 424 manual, it shows 51/52 and 57/58 as allowable slots for a PRI using RCTUE3/F4 with MBJU removed. Where do you find that you need slot 53 empty also, I see no reference and would like to understand.

Also, what is a MBJU and where do you remove it?

If you put a hard loop back towards PBX you should have PRI lights sync up, also you have to reset the card each time after you make any changes to the card. We have had trouble with PRI's on the DK, does work put some of the programs that toshiba provided was not all correct. do you have the list of program required. good luck.
