Customer in Franklinton LA,north of New Orleans across Lake Ponchatrain, CTI 100, Katrina, Roof blown off... "We covered everything up as best we could"... 2 weeks w/o power, generator, EVERYTHING comes up AOK. I'm still in shock...CTI/voice mail/ phones, somebody pinch me! Knock on wood. They just called today wanting to know how to change time! Why dosen't #652 work on the CTI? She is getting error tone when entering time (after #652 from intercom button)

I assume you meant CIX 100. Is she getting a reorder tone immediately after dailing #652? Check the flexible access codes to see if #652 is there.

After verifing the flexible access codes, have her try "Int, #, 652, HHMMSS,#.

phonemeister, I stand correctd, yes CIX 100. I have changed nothing in flexcodes, and Bob, I stressed to customer to press intercom first, then #652. She is not getting any conformation tone after Itcm #652, the dreaded 3 long beep tone comes after Itcm #652 and she starts to enter time (yes I told her 6 digit format) plus # to end.

If she gets the confirmation stutter tone after #652, the CIX is accepting the code. Either she is entering it wrong or she's taking too much time.
