Many times I am frustrated by the lack of terms in the index.
I assume there is an easy way to switch incomming Caller ID display between name first and number first and probably toggle back and forth if you want.
I've looked for Caller ID under Caller ID and Caller and ID and the Price of tea in China to no avail.
Being easily frustrated, can you point the way please?
If anyone from Toshiba is reading these posts, shame on you for not putting Caller ID in the index and make sure it gets put in.
Thanks, Bunnie

The system should display both name and number when you get a call on ringing phone. If it is not you need to system data and change display pref to caller id and in your trunk programing they should be set to class and ani and DNIS

Bunnie, if the CO sends the name before the phone number then that's the order it will show on the display, and vice versa.
