Does anybody know how I get a DDI to ring busy when in use? The DDI isn't in any hunt groups or MCGs. I've changed the CW/ROB option, and now the handset doesn't beep when on a call and another call is presented. However, The external caller gets a ringing tone rather than a busy tone.
Can anybody help? Thanks.

The CW/ROB option is just to toggle the Tones ON/OFF.
If you're using a newer software version CTX or CIX system, you can program: - prg 304 (ILG) FB17 - Auto Camp On - Disable - prg 200 (ext no.) FB44 - Auto Camp On to PDN - Disable (for the extensions you DON'T want camp-on)
That should work. Or, just like Voyager said...
